A group of concerned members of the University of Cape Coast's UTAG has criticized a recent press statement by the UTAG UCC Executive, accusing the leadership of acting unilaterally without consulting the broader membership.
The group dissociated themselves from the statement, which they claim has fueled unnecessary tension on campus.
They also condemned the leadership's handling of the Vice-Chancellor's term extension, accusing them of disregarding court injunctions.
The concerned members urged stakeholders to respect legal processes and court rulings, calling the UTAG UCC Executive's actions undemocratic and disrespectful.
