Former Hearts of Oak legend Bernard Dong Bortey has revealed that the Oak tree is lacking nutrients for growth meaning the playing body lack quality.
According to Bortey, his former club has exhibited a poor run of form in the Ghana Premier League after losing their opening two league games against Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium and Medeama SC at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
” The club lacks quality players which can be attributed to the poor start of the season. I, therefore, pleading with the club’s management to beef up the squad or employ a better coach or hand the team to him,” he told Starrsports.
Bortey took to his facebook page to announce his interest to handle the club to easily achieve when there is that trust in him.
