A taxi driver has revealed his involvement in the murder of a pregnant woman by illegal miners, known locally as ‘galamseyers.’
He recounted that in November 2022, three miners hired him to transport them and a priest to Osino, where they buried the woman alive as part of a ritual to find more gold.
Despite his attempts to report the incident to the police, he claims they told him to remain silent.
The driver now lives in fear, traumatized by the experience and haunted by the memory of the gruesome act.
