Emmanuel Akwasi Gyamfi born December 1 1974 is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Odotobri Constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He obtained Executive Masters from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, GIMPA, and a B.S.C from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
