The National Homeownership Fund (NHF) is making strides in providing affordable housing in Ghana, with 129 new units now 55% complete since construction began in April 2024.
During a visit to the site on August 23, Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah praised the rapid progress and quality of work.
The project, part of the government's broader plan to reduce the housing deficit, is a collaboration between the NHF, Tema Development Corporation (TDC), and the Ministry of Works and Housing.
Nkrumah emphasized the importance of such partnerships and urged the NHF to replicate this success in future housing projects nationwide.
