Twenty-one democracy hub protesters were granted bail, while two, including Oliver Barker-Vormawor, were denied.
The bail for the first group of nine protesters was set at Ghc70,000, with conditions to report weekly to the police.
The second group saw 11 of 13 granted bail, with the court expressing concern over Barker-Vormawor's potential for re-offending due to prior treason charges.
His lawyer argued he would attend trial, but the judge relied on legal provisions allowing bail denial in such circumstances.
Appeals are pending for an additional 30 protesters.
