The four persons who have been nominated by the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, to the Supreme Court, have been scheduled to come face-to-face with the Appointments Committee of Parliament for public hearing.
The nominees, according to an announcement by the Parliament of Ghana, will be vetted from Monday, August 20 to Thursday, August 23, 2018.
According to the proposed program for the public hearing, Prof. Nii Ashie Kotey will be the first to appear the Appointments Committee on Monday, August 20, 2018.
He is expected to be followed by Justice Agnes Mercy Abla Dordzie and Nene Abayaataye Ofoe Amegatcher on Wednesday, August 22, 208.
The last to among the four, Justice Samuel Kofi Marful-Sau, is expected to be vetted by the Committee on Thursday, August 23, 2018.
