Sammy Gyamfi, NDC's National Communications Officer, has criticized the current administration for failing to address healthcare needs.
He announced the NDC's plan to waive fees for students with disabilities and launch the "Mahama Cares" initiative, which will support people with chronic diseases like cancer and diabetes who can't afford medication.
Gyamfi emphasized that chronic diseases cause the most deaths in Ghana and are often not covered by insurance.
He promised that under a future NDC government, primary healthcare would be free at all community clinics and health centers.
