Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has emphasized the need for persistent efforts against corruption through public discourse and whistleblowing.
Speaking on Joy FM’s Super Morning Show, he highlighted the importance of continuous dialogue and exposing corrupt activities for national progress. Kpebu praised whistleblowers and stressed the need to keep conversations about corruption ongoing despite setbacks.
He cited the censure hearing against former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta as an example, noting that public awareness and shaming of corrupt officials diminish their social standing, making them unwelcome at public events.
"Silence is not an option," he said.
