President Akufo-Addo has assured the people of Jirapa of his commitment to ensuring justice in the trial of Eric Johnson's alleged killers.
Johnson, owner of Royal Cosy Hills Hotel, was found dead in his home with deep wounds.
The final funeral rites on June 1 brought together dignitaries and family. A speech read on behalf of the President emphasized justice and the suspects facing the full rigors of the law.
Seven suspects, including hotel employees and the prime suspect, Elyasah Mahama, have been remanded in custody since February, with investigations ongoing.
Mahama, a former hotel HR officer, was dismissed by Johnson three days before the murder.
