Anti-LGBTQ+: Live coverage of all cases to begin today

Today, the Judiciary will allow live media coverage of High Court hearings on the anti-LGBT+ bill.

This follows the Chief Justice's previous permission for media livestreaming of Richard Sky's injunction application on the same bill.

The Judicial Service has now extended this to all anti-LGBTQ+ cases.

Currently, four related cases are pending: two at the High Court and two at the Supreme Court.

One High Court case will be heard today in the General Jurisdiction 8 courtroom.
