Accra (Greater Accra) 29 March '99 The death is reported in Accra of Nikoi Olai Amoantia the fourth, Asere Mantse and acting President of the Ga Trditional Council. A statement issued on Monday said he died on March 26. It said funeral arrangements would be announced later.
