The Caucus for Democratic Governance, Ghana (CDG-GH) has announced a forum titled “The Alarming Exodus of Skilled Labour from Ghana: Political and Economic Strategies Aimed at Trend Reversal an Immediate Necessity,” focused on addressing Ghana’s rising skilled labour migration.

CDG-GH warns of the “brain drain” affecting productivity, competitiveness, and public services, urging immediate action.

The forum will feature expert speakers who will discuss solutions like improving wages, benefits, and working conditions, enhancing local services, and fostering entrepreneurship.

CDG-GH also highlights engaging the diaspora in national development as crucial for retaining skilled professionals.
