Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo has temporarily delegated her duties to Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie, the most senior Justice of the Supreme Court, during her trip abroad. In a letter, she announced that she would be out of the country from November 4 to November 7, 2024, with Justice Baffoe-Bonnie acting as Chief Justice in her absence.
