The Abuakwa North Municipal Chief Executive, Mr Owusu Twum-Ampofo has advised drinking spots in the Municipality to comply with the government’s directives and keep their facilities closed to help contain the spread of the coronavirus in the Municipality.
He said it was important that each and everyone complied with the government and the Assembly’s safety measures and protocols to help in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus Pandemic.
Mr. Twum-Ampofo made this statement when he visited drinking spots in the Municipality to sensitise them on the COVID-19 pandemic and the precautionary measures to curb the spread of the virus at New Tafo in the Eastern Region.
He explained that it was important for everyone to stay safe during this COVID 19 crisis, abide by all directives to ensure that the spread of the virus was minimized.
