The Accra High Court has rescheduled the hearing of disqualified presidential aspirant Samuel Apea-Dankwah’s injunction request against the Electoral Commission (EC) to Thursday.
Mr. Apea-Dankwah is challenging his disqualification, seeking a judicial review and asking the court to pause all EC activities for the upcoming election.
His lawyers requested more time on Monday to address an opposition motion from the EC, leading to the Thursday adjournment.
Mr. Apea-Dankwah's team has also filed for documentation on the EC's criteria and reasoning behind his disqualification.
