Explosive court documents have revealed that top NPP figures, including the son of former National Chairman Freddy Blay, have allegedly orchestrated a scheme to take over SSNIT's Labadi Beach Hotel.
The documents show that Kwaw Worsemao Blay claimed ownership of the hotel's beachfront, sidelining the hotel from revenue.
This takeover was exposed through a lawsuit by Blay's business partner, who accused him of fraud.
Despite efforts by the hotel's board to stop the encroachment, Blay has built permanent structures and kept all profits, prompting public outrage and calls for government intervention.
