Domelevo praises Organised Labour for blocking sale of SSNIT Hotels

Former Auditor-General Daniel Yao Domelevo has praised Organised Labour for opposing SSNIT's sale of 60% shares in four hotels.

In an interview on The Point of View on ChannelOne TV, Domelevo commended their commitment to protecting workers' interests. He credited MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa for exposing the plan, which Domelevo criticized as a conflict of interest. Domelevo urged continued vigilance from institutions to hold public officials accountable.

He also criticized the delay by the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) in releasing its investigation report on Ablakwa's petition, highlighting the need for timely action on issues of national interest.
