Speaking at a public lecture on October 23, 2024, he warned that this trend undermines democratic discourse and limits voters' ability to make informed decisions.
Braimah highlighted the avoidance of important issues, like illegal mining (galamsey), by politicians, fearing electoral backlash.
He urged political leaders to prioritize discussions on pressing national issues rather than relying on catchy campaign tactics.
