Election 2024: Reports of militia training in Kwahu false – Police

The Ghana Police Service has dismissed reports of militia training in Kwahu, Eastern Region, ahead of the 2024 elections.

After an investigation, the Police found no evidence supporting these claims.

They are now seeking to identify those responsible for spreading the false information and warned the public against publishing or sharing fake news.

The Police urged everyone to be responsible in their communications.
