The Chairman of the Electoral Commission has mounted the witness box to give evidence in the ongoing Election Petition at the Supreme Court.
Mr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan will give evidence in the election petition case being heard by the court.
It follows the conclusion of the cross examination of the NDC General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia by lead counsel for the petitioners, Philip Addison.
Pollster Ben Ephson in an interview with XYZ News said the EC’s presence in court is extremely important for the trial.
