Fire has gutted wooden structures which serve as a place of abode for head potters and scrap dealers at Dagombaline, a slum area in the Kumasi Metropolis of the Ashanti region.
The structures were completely razed down.
About 200 head potters and scrap dealers have been displaced.
The fire began on the evening of Friday, February 14, 2020.
Fire fighters were on the scene to quench the inferno but the unauthorised structures made it difficult for them to have access.
The cause of the fire is readily not known.
