The District Grand Master of the District Grand Lodge of Ghana, Right Worshipful Isaac Owulaku Hood, has clarified misconceptions about Freemasonry, stating it's not a secret society but a society with secrets, akin to other organizations.
He likened Freemasonry's privacy to common organizational practices, highlighting that not all staff attend Joy FM management meetings.
The clarification precedes the society's 2024 Festival of Institutional Lodges, featuring the theme "Freemasonry and Religion: Dispelling the Myths, Distilling the Truth."
The festival, honoring Dr. Francis Lodowic Bartels (OBE), will open its doors to the public, showcasing Freemasonry's charitable projects.
