Foreign Affairs Minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, engaged with Singapore’s Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan to strengthen diplomatic and economic ties.
The high-level meeting focused on enhancing trade, investment, and capacity building. They emphasized Ghana’s favorable business climate, recent economic reforms, and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) headquarters in Accra as investment attractions.
Both ministers stressed the importance of multilateralism and cooperation on global issues such as climate change and security.
The talks laid a foundation for future cooperation, aiming for increased trade and investment, and reaffirmed their commitment to international peace and sustainable development.
