Gomoa Mampong flooding: We’ve provided shelter for affected residents – NADMO

NADMO has provided shelter for people affected by flooding along the Accra-Winneba Highway, caused by the diversion of the Ayensu River during construction work.

Over 150 houses in Gomoa Mampong were affected.

NADMO is working with other agencies to address the situation and is receiving relief items.

The NADMO coordinator emphasized the need for collaboration with the contractor to prevent future incidents.
