I’m for inclusive development for all – Bawumia declares, as he starts tour of Volta Region

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Vice President and NPP Flagbearer, launched his campaign in Hohoe on October 20, 2024, emphasizing his commitment to inclusive policies that benefit all Ghanaians.

He highlighted his experience as Vice President over the past eight years, citing successful initiatives like the Free SHS policy, which has provided education to 5.7 million students.

Bawumia promised to continue implementing broad-based policies, focusing on agriculture, renewable energy, and training one million youth in digital skills.

He aims to reduce living costs by shifting from gas to solar power, potentially cutting electricity costs by 50%.
