India's Commissioner to Ghana, Manish Gupta, emphasized yoga's holistic approach, uniting mind, body, and soul, and its integration into Ghanaian schools and communities.
Participants shared their positive experiences, and Gupta stressed yoga's importance in promoting health without reliance on medication.
