Newly elected Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Freddie Blay has denied reports that he is on the investigation radar of Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu, amid raising concerns on how he independently procured 275 mini busses to be given to each NPP constituency office across the country.
