The Dormaa Central Member of Parliament (MP), Hon. Kwaku Agyemang Manu has advised President John Dramani Mahama to stop blowing his own trumpet and allow voters' to decide on December 7, 2016.
The legislator in an interview with Nyankonton Mu Nsem chided President Mahama for praising himself over his so-called achievements.
President John Dramani Mahama has said that, he has executed his mandate as president according to the party's manifesto, therefore he deserves another four years just like any other president.
But Hon. Kweku Agyemang Manu says that duty should be left for Ghanaian voters to decide. He expressed his shock at why President Mahama keeps touting his achievements and asking for re-election when the so-called projects if indeed exist, would do the magic for him.
According to him, this is deceit in the highest order, describing him as the worst performing president in Ghana's history.
He contend that, with the amount of loans contracted and the over exploitation of the people through taxation, Ghana should not be in the current economic hardship.
President Mahama he added is aware deep down his heart that, there is no solid foundation anywhere as he goes rounding telling voters'.
The unbearable economic conditions under President Mahama should not warrant another four years since it would worsen our plight and send Ghana into a ditch.
The claim by the president that the NHIS has transformed under him, is a terrible lie . A vote for Mahama he stressed, would be a vote for incompetence, mediocrity and corruption.
"Excuse my language but what would be the sense in voting for President Mahama again? Should we vote for them to continue stealing our money and performing abysmally?''
