Ghana Premier League side Medeama SC have been named fair play team of the 2016/17 MTN FA Cup and will be awarded at a ceremony in the plush M-Plaza Hotel in the coming weeks.
The Tarkwa-based outfit reached the semifinals stage of the competition and were eliminated by eventual winners Asante Kotoko.
But their players attracted the fewer cautions in a game and the supporters of the club were the most comported side.
Other players and officials, who distinguished themselves during the course of the season in the FA Cup will also be awarded.
