Missing CEO for 5G supplier, NextGen InfraCo found

The police have located Tony Mintah, CEO of NextGen InfraCo, who was reported missing earlier.

Mintah was allegedly taken from the National Communications Authority by unidentified individuals.

He is being transferred to the Police Headquarters from the Kaneshie Police Station.

This comes just days before the November 1 launch of Ghana's 5G service, which was announced by Communications Minister Ursula Owusu-Ekuful.

NextGen InfraCo is responsible for executing the upgrade to the 5G spectrum in Ghana, aiming to provide affordable mobile broadband services.
