The Wassa Amenfi West Municipal Directorate of the NCCE has engaged the inhabitants of the area on Social Auditing as part of planned activities under the Anti-Corruption, Rule of Law and Accountability Programme (ARAP) at Asankran Moseaso.
The ARAP, an initiative to curb corruption and other socially unacceptable deeds and promote socio-economic development is sponsored by the European Union.
Mr. Cornelius Ahiekpor, the Municipal Director of the NCCE, said Social auditing education was to help community’s value ownership of developmental projects and policies and ensure full participations from start to finish to avoid shoddy works.
