NDC seeks Court injunction to halt EC from printing Amenfi Central ballots

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has filed an injunction to stop the Electoral Commission (EC) from printing parliamentary ballots for the Amenfi Central constituency.

This follows the disqualification of their candidate, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, due to a court injunction questioning her eligibility.

The NDC argues that printing ballots before resolving the legal issue would violate Cudjoe’s rights.

The party is requesting the court to halt the EC's printing process until the case is fully settled, complicating their campaign efforts as the December 7 elections approach.
