NDC should reconsider its stance on signing peace pact – Methodist Bishop

Most Rev. Dr. Paul Kwabena Boafo, Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church of Ghana, has joined the National Peace Council in urging the NDC to sign the peace pact ahead of the December elections.

Dr. Boafo emphasized the importance of peace throughout the electoral process and expressed concern over the NDC's refusal to sign the pact unless certain conditions are met.

He called on all stakeholders to work together to ensure a peaceful and democratic election, stressing that the current tensions need to be addressed for the sake of national stability.
