NDC National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has accused the ruling NPP of busing Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) workers to Nkoranza in the Bono East Region to transfer their votes.
According to him, this alleged scheme aims to benefit a candidate related to a top COCOBOD official running in the December elections.
Nketiah claims the NPP is using state resources to unseat Nkoranza North's current MP, Joseph Kwasi Mensah. He urged peace-loving institutions to address the NPP's actions to maintain national peace and unity.
Nketiah voiced these concerns during the NDC's 32nd-anniversary celebration on June 10.
