Pollster Ben Ephson has reacted to the scathing attacks by the largest opposition New Patriotic Party(NPP) after his Poll survey that tipped incumbent John Mahama ahead of his main opponent, Akufo-Addo in the December 7 elections describing the NPP as having “low tolerance level”.
He told host Fiifi Banson on Anopa Kasapa on Kasapa 102.5 FM Wednesday the reaction from the opposition NPP is quiet disturbing.
The survey data released by popular pollster, Ephson has caused heightened anxiety among the opposition NPP, amidst verbal harassment, the use of slurs and derogatory language, against the Pollster referring to his works as tainted and biased.
Ephson managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch newspaper in his recent election polls predicted that the NDC candidate will outstrip the major opposition NPP candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo with a 52.4% win as against the latter’s 45.9% votes.
He’s since defended the accuracy of his report insisting that just like previous polls, the latest research is valid.
