Justice Richard Appietu has upheld the Electoral Commission's decision to disqualify Bernard Mornah of the People's National Convention (PNC) from the presidential race.
Mornah argued that he was not given a chance to correct mistakes in his nomination forms, but the judge ruled that he was notified of the errors and failed to fully address them.
The Electoral Commission highlighted issues like missing signatures and suspiciously identical ones.
Justice Appietu concluded that Mornah's rights were not violated, as he did not take necessary action to resolve the problems in his forms.
