Many believe the process was rushed, leaving little time for preparation. Frustrated families shared their grievances with Citi News.

In response, Deputy Coordinator at the Free SHS Secretariat, Nana Afrah Sika Mensah, urged patience among affected individuals and assured them their issues would be resolved. She also warned against potential fraudsters preying on their frustrations.
