Five prosecutors of the Ghana Police Service are to face an investigative panel of the Criminal Investigations Department today over their alleged involvement in the scandal which has rocked the Judicial Service of Ghana.
Thirty-four judges are also being probed for playing a vital role in compromising cases before them after a two-year painstaking investigation by ace undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.
The CID will also investigate some judicial officers who were identified in the secret video following a petition by Anas for their dismissal.
Twenty-two of the indicted judges, mainly lower court judges, have been suspended while their senior colleagues battle their impeachment process in court.
A court will today determine the fate of their cases.
