Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has emphasized that those threatening not to hand over power after the December elections have no choice in the matter.
He stated that Ghana's Constitution makes it clear that power belongs to the people, and their decision at the polls must be respected.
Speaking in Tamale, Bagbin assured that Parliament is committed to a peaceful electoral process.
