On November 19, 2024, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo officially commissioned five new envoys at the Jubilee House.
The group consists of four Ambassadors and one High Commissioner, assigned to key diplomatic posts in Austria, Senegal, Spain, Iran, and Sierra Leone.
In his address, the President congratulated the envoys for their distinguished careers and expressed confidence in their ability to represent Ghana with integrity and loyalty.
He urged them to strengthen diplomatic ties, promote Ghana’s "beyond aid" agenda, and address global challenges such as armed conflicts, terrorism, and climate change during their tenures.
