During the 'Hands Off Our Hotels' demonstration, several protesters were injured after police used pepper spray and tear gas to disperse the crowd.

This incident occurred when protesters attempted to move beyond the agreed endpoint near Jubilee House. Four individuals received first aid.

Tensions escalated when some protesters threw sachet water at the police, leading to the use of pepper spray. Bernard Mornah criticized the police for their actions, calling for professional conduct.

Despite the chaos, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa delivered a petition to halt the sale of four SSNIT-owned hotels to Rock City Hotel, owned by Minister Bryan Acheampong, arguing it was an abuse of power.
