The Court of Appeal has dismissed Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng's application to restrain North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa from discussing him in relation to the National Cathedral project.
This follows two prior losses in the High Court. The court ruled that the grounds of appeal were "incompetent and inadmissible," not complying with the rules requiring clear statements of judicial error.
Rev. Kusi Boateng, also known as Adu Gyamfi, had submitted additional grounds in hopes of a favorable outcome. The court awarded Ablakwa 3,000 cedis in costs.
This marks Rev. Kusi Boateng's third unsuccessful attempt to restrain the MP.
