Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, founder of Worldwide Miracle Outreach, has apologized to the University of Ghana for comments made on the GTV Breakfast Show, where he claimed a high prevalence of HIV among university students.
Following the university's request for an apology, labeling his remarks as “unfounded” and “insensitive,” Rev. Tetteh clarified that his intention was to address broader youth challenges, not to single out the university.
He retracted his statements, expressed regret for any harm caused, and emphasized his commitment to respecting confidentiality and the university community.
