Richard Dela Sky has filed a case against Parliament regarding the controversial anti-gay bill, challenging its constitutionality.
The Supreme Court has scheduled the hearing for July 3, 2024, and has warned that the hearing will proceed as scheduled, regardless of representatives' presence from each party.
The case was adjourned until May 17 to allow Sky to file an updated motion paper and a supporting affidavit.
