Dr. Arthur Kennedy has expressed concern over the Supreme Court's recent rulings, suggesting that the court appears increasingly political.
He pointed to cases such as the ousting of four MPs, the Domelevo case, and the LGBT case as examples where the court seems to intervene in political matters, often favoring one side.
Dr. Kennedy fears this trend could erode public trust in the judiciary, leading to future governments insisting on their own courts and institutions.
He called for judicial reforms to maintain neutrality and safeguard the integrity of Ghana’s legal system.
