The entire institution of marriage is governed by law – Dennis Dwomoh

Dennis Adjie Dwomoh, Managing Partner at Law Plus, emphasized the critical role of marriage in national development, noting that it is governed by legal principles often overlooked in Ghana.

Speaking on Joy News' "The Law Show," Dwomoh highlighted the fragmented management of marriage across various ministries, leading to inefficiencies.

He called for more focus on marriage policies, improved coordination among government agencies, and the integration of marriage records with national databases like the Ghana Card system.

Dwomoh also pointed out the need for better governance and institutional support to strengthen family structures and societal values.
