Professor Rosina Kyeremanten, Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Ghana, has denied claims of bias in the ongoing 2024 SRC election, which were made by UG SRC Electoral Commissioner Mudasir-Ibn Ibrahim.
Ibrahim alleged that the vetting process was rescheduled to favor certain candidates without his consent.
In an interview, Professor Kyeremanten emphasized the transparency of the process, stating the rescheduling was due to unavailability of panellists and the university's examination schedule.
She highlighted the collaborative decision to move the vetting to August 3 and refuted any partiality, stressing her office's commitment to a fair election.
