Evans Nimako, the NPP's Director of Elections, has dismissed rumors that the party swapped its number one ballot position with the Liberal Party of Ghana.

Following the recent ballot for the upcoming general election, where the NPP secured the first spot and the NDC the eighth, Nimako asserted that no candidate would willingly give up a prime position that provides a strategic advantage.

He called the allegations baseless and urged the public not to entertain such claims, emphasizing the commitment of their presidential candidate to maintaining the top spot.
