We will use ‘position 8’ to break corruption under NPP – Prof Opoku-Agyemang

Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) running mate, has declared that the party's eighth position on the ballot symbolizes change to combat corruption, which she claims has worsened under the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Speaking to supporters in Ayinase, she announced upcoming initiatives like the Women’s Development Bank and the National Apprenticeship Programme to create jobs.

She urged voters to choose a new direction on Election Day to address hunger, poverty, and unemployment.

Highlighting past achievements in education, she endorsed John Dramani Mahama as a capable leader to restore Ghana's economic stability.
